The Chime panel is a set of eight suspended chimes operated with fixed keys. The full octave range is played by hitting the keys which in turn strike the chimes. The chimes are 3/4" galvanized EMT conduit pipe. The keys ride on a ½" steel shaft which is mechanically fixed to the panel frame. The chimes are covered with a protective metal screen. Minimal maintenance is required of the chime panel.
